About Me:

I entered the hospitality industry in 1994 as an Account Manager for Hilton Hotels in San Antonio, Texas. Since entering the hospitality industry I have worked for some of the most influential global brands including: Hilton,
Ritz- Carlton, Wyndham, Sheraton, and Destination Hotels and Resorts.

I have held multiple positions were I have overseen Catering, Event Sales, and Hotel Management Operations. In addition to my operational and management roles within the hospitality industry, I have also created, co-authored, and delivered a variety of comprehensive hospitality oriented training programs for several four and five diamond resorts across the country.

Building upon my wealth of expertise I founded All Points Hospitality, LLC in 2005. This allowed me to combine my extensive expertise in hospitality, event planning, catering, and training operations into a unified offering. All Points Hospitality, LLC has ongoing business relationships with some of the most recognized names in the industry. I continue to provide catering and convention services training in addition to strategic planning and market development consulting.

I have been providing meeting and incentive planning services since 2005, taking advantage of the strong relationships built through the training and consulting services business. I continue to operate as the primary contractor or sub-contractor: planning events, conducting contract negotiations, securing hotel accommodations, transportation, audio visual, and all other aspects of meeting and special event operations.

Under my leadership I have grown a long list of referenceable clientele whom All Points Hospitality, LLC provides services to. My mission and goal for each of my clients is to simply listen, identify, and understand their true needs. I then develop innovative and unique solutions that will meet and exceed their expectations.
